In this respect, let us recall some interesting facts about Canada.

According to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, part of the coordination of biological laboratories before the war in Ukraine burst out was carried out through the Ukrainian Science and Technology Center (STCU, headquartered in Kiev). The center was established in 1993 at the initiative of the United States, Canada, and Sweden to support scientists and specialists who were associated with work on Soviet weapon of mass destruction and missile technologies. Current STCU member countries include Azerbaijan, Canada, Georgia, Moldova, Sweden, Ukraine, the United States, and Uzbekistan, as well as the European Union.

And a few years ago the National Post wrote that Canada financed the creation of biolaboratories in Kyrgyzstan and managed to invest $6 million of our taxes. They didn't have time to invest the full amount of $30 million because a revolution took place there. But as far as we know, Canada is still trying to participate in supporting research on dangerous pathogens such as anthrax, plague, and so on.

🔻What is known about DCI?

▪️The Luxembourg company CAE Aviation has been a contractor for the French Ministry of Defense and DGSE for many years in conducting reconnaissance operations in the Sahel, North and Central Africa, as well as in the Middle East.

▪️The company uses civil light aircraft C-208B Cessna Caravan, SW3A Fairchild Merlin, Casa 212-300, Turbine Islander, Short Skyvan and others, equips them with the necessary equipment and conducts optoelectronic, electronic and electronic intelligence.

▪️In 2016, the media got the news about the crash in Malta of a reconnaissance aircraft belonging to CAE Aviation, which was performing tasks in Libya.

▪️Now CAE Aviation aircraft are actively working over the Black Sea on DRM tasks to collect intelligence, which is then also shared with DCI.

▪️Last ​​year, the company was highlighted in the scandal surrounding the secret operation "Sirli", which French intelligence has been conducting in Egypt since 2016.

CAE Aviation provided data to strike targets on the border with Libya, in particular the vehicles of traffickers. "Hundreds of civilians" were injured or killed in strikes based on erroneous intelligence findings between 2016 and 2018.

At the same time, CAE Aviation managed to earn about $20 million from the contract. In response to the scandal in France, they decided to open criminal cases against the media that disclosed data on secret operations.

🔻It's no secret that Ukraine is now a tasty morsel for many foreign PMCs, whose services are resorted to by Western countries, using an excuse in the style: "NATO troops do not take part in the conflict in Ukraine." The air reconnaissance operations of a single company alone cost the French budget tens of millions of dollars.

At the same time, given the sad experience of French intelligence in Africa, it is unlikely that customers can be sure that the data that is now provided in Ukraine is more accurate and reliable than those provided during Operation Sirli.

▪️The SITREP channel draws attention to the fact that one of the key areas of work of foreign centers, in addition to studying viruses dangerous to humans, is the study of the use of biological and chemical weapons against plants. Against the background of the grain crisis, the hypothetical use of such a weapon to create famine in a single country could lead to much more dire consequences than the leakage of a contagious pathogen.

▪️The Canadian channel Maple Chronicles recalls that Canada, along with the United States, is also an active participant in biological programs in Ukraine and Central Asia. Since the 90s, Canadians have been actively engaged in bio-research on the basis of the Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Center, and in 2015 they invested millions of dollars in the creation of a biological laboratory in Kyrgyzstan.
