Ukrainian journalist Ostap Yarysh, who works in the United States, said that 100 Ukrainians arrived at the Fort Sill base to be trained on how to work with the Patriot air defense system.
They promise that the training will be organized according to an accelerated program. Typical training courses take from six months to a year
⭐️ 1. Two Patriot systems even if they were as good as claimed can only cover a very small part of the Ukraine
2. If we can judge by the HIMARS how long will they last before being destroyed
3. In Saudi Arabia the Patriots have been a failure vs Houthi missiles, so why will they be successful in Ukraine
4. Each Patriot missile cost several million dollars, each target, whether drone or missile cost a fraction of that
5. As with all American wunderwaffen there will be serious supply chain and maintenance issues
Conclusion: militarily basically irrelevant, the interesting part though is that this represents a political escalation

♦️In the #Ugledar sector, the RF Armed Forces attacked on the ground in the area of Bolshaya (Velikaya) Novosyolka and #Prechistovka. The town itself was attacked by artillery. (Fig. 2)
♦️On the #Donetsk front, Russian forces intensified sharply. In the southern sector, supported by artillery, they attacked in the direction of #Novomikhailovka. Slightly to the north they tried to break through to #Pobeda. They also carried out assault actions in the city limits of #Maryinka. Artillery was working on AFU positions in the city. Another ground attack on an AFU stronghold in #Krasnogorovka. Offensives in the direction of #Nevelskoye, #Pervomayskoye and #Vodyanoye.
