i decided to contact EA and demand a refund for BF2042 for making my game unplayable (yes, my game. the one I purchased. the one they do not have a right to stop me from playing, because its mine.)
they have completely removed the ability to make cases. with significant googling, i found a webpage to create a new ticket and it straight up just 401s. not 404 not found, 401-this-exists-but-you-cant-see-it.
