There is a different kind of satisfaction that hits when the apps u built yourself become part of ur daily life.

I start the day using ethiopian calendar, just to instantly know the current date.
When my mind is loud, I open EchoLog and record raw thoughts, ideas, frustrations.
For grounding, Noor App is there, reading quran, listening, slowing things down.
and now im lowkey addicted to podcasts, in the taxi, on a walk, or while building something, headphones on, learning or vibing while working side by side.

Whats crazy is this,
these arent just projects anymore.
They are tools I depend on, tools that quietly shape my days.

Building apps is cool.
But living inside what u built, thats a different level of fulfillment.this is why I love building.

for the past three months, i kept a steady cycling routine, minimum of 1 to 3 days every week. no shortcuts, no long pauses, just showing up consistently.

as a developer, this felt different fr. long hours of sitting, deep focus, mental load, then getting on the bike created a real balance. more energy, clearer mind, better focus overall.

the impact wasn’t just physical. it affected how i think, how i work, and how i show up daily. less burnout, better mood, more motivation to build.

this isn’t about numbers or streaks.
it’s about discipline, self respect, and choosing long term sustainability.
