I think the reason you see dudes with like, really mid physiques and mediocre lifting stats is because they have no clue what true intensity looks like. I've had guys come train with me and the reaction is always like "Dude holy shit, how do you do that? You do that every day?" Like yeah, some dudes are disciplined enough to go crank out sets to failure like a robot every day, and some dudes will even do it enough to make their muscles technically stop working. But I see tons of guys who'll go do that then make literally 0 progress for like 5 years and convince themselves they're healthy. Like no, nigga, you gotta FEEL it. It's a spiritual thing. It's not just a checkmark item.

I promise this is still a pulp page. I've got two finished manunoscripts I want to drop, but I'm doing things here more esoteric and ritualistic then I would on something intended to make money, and part of that is the editing process.

Regardless of how good my writing is, I am goibg back over it seven times in editing. Seven rounds of cuts, seven rounds of additions, seven rounds of changes. Seven is completion, seven is the week, seven is a holy number.
