We serve as a neutral intermediary between two parties. When a client commissions a developer for a task, they entrust their funds to us. Once the work is completed and meets the client's criteria, the funds are released to the developer. If not, the funds are either returned to the client or we intervene to assist in resolving the issue.
Futhermore, we have a Feedbacks room with comments from previous clients as well as a google form with conditions, but it's better to directly reach out to us
