PARKING CITATIONS/TRAFFIC TICKETS
1) If you send back your ticket within 72 hours of getting it… with the words “NO CONTRACT”, then write your “Beneficiary” or “Authorized Representative” signature below that & “All Rights Reserved/Without Prejudice, UCC 1-308” in purple or gold ink (on both sides), they are supposed to dismiss the ticket, no questions asked.
2) If you are over the 72 hour period, then do the same as above but add the cover letter(attached) & your Affidavit of Citizenship to the citation and mail it back to the Court or the Dept of Transportation (whichever address it tells you to send your payment to. But DO NOT PAY THEM, once you send them a check, you’ve contracted with them).
