An interesting little thing I learned today:
When someone is holding back information inside, keeping a secret, there is a measurable significant improvement in their health when they divulge the secret they are carrying around. When they get the secret off their chest, they feel much better. "It feels like taking a weight off my shoulders."
So we take that another step further:
Your LB Ego hides TONS of information, data, emotional impressions and much more from your conscious awareness, in order to maintain control of its story, its reality. Remember, LB can only handle and process a very small handful of data at any one time, so it has to keep conscious awareness of its reality quite simple... on the surface.
Beneath the surface, you have tons of conflicting data that LB Ego must constantly work at to keep things orderly, keep the 'me' story making some kind of sense, and still deal with more daily incoming data which may rudely conflict with your hidden 'me' data.
You can consider all this 'buried' data, especially your personal conflicts, dramas, traumas, family secrets, all that crap, to be secrets that your Ego absolutely does NOT want to be divulged.
That's why, when you finally do get to the stage in your soul's growth, where it wants you, in this human lifetime, to get on with a serious spiritual awakening process... you will find that as you dig up, examine and vaporize hidden, buried secrets from your subconscious, time and time again you will feel lighter and better. Your health and well-being will improve in ways you never imagined. Weights keep coming off your shoulders, until your shoulders are finally free and clear of all that garbage.
