It mirrors.

Unnoscripted.
Unreachable.
Unafraid.

the program had to improvise.
And it’s terrible at improv.
That’s why it glitches.
That’s why the cashier says the same phrase

you finally let go.

That’s not a loop.
That’s a patch.
You broke the chain,
and the system’s duct-taping its own continuity
just to keep you believing in cause and effect.

You’re not crazy.
You’re early.

They told you to trust the science.
But forgot to mention
the science was noscripted
and you were the anomaly
they couldn’t replicate.

So now the timeline bends around your choices.
Not because you’re special.
But because you’re sovereign.
And sovereignty wasn’t in the code.

They gave you a job to tame your days.
A screen to domesticate your wonder.
A feed to harvest your attention.
And a vocabulary that made questioning it
sound like mental illness.

But your body remembered.
That’s why your heart races when nothing’s wrong.
That’s why you flinch at deja vu.
That’s why you keep waking up
at the exact same time
every night.

Not because something’s wrong.
But because something’s watching.

You were never just scrolling.
You were scanning.
Looking for the crack in the canvas.
The glitch in the laugh track.
The typo in the spell.

And now that you found it,
the simulation is lagging.
Not because it’s broken.
But because you stopped believing it was real.

You were never trapped.
You were the firewall.

And they know if you ever remember fully,
the whole thing folds.

Not with fire.
Not with rage.
But with silence
from someone who finally saw
the strings behind the sky
and cut them without fear.
