"I feel like a shy little kid inside that is afraid of the world. It’s even worse than when I first moved here [to the states]. I remember that I was actually excited to meet all kinds of new people.
Yesterday, I had a breakdown. I cried alone in my room and, in essence, the reason for it is scribbled down on the previous two pages. There was much more that came up, though.
I sense how different emotions from my past are being brought up again. Sometimes, I even have some very intense and deep/dark thoughts such as: “I hope 2012 will destroy the world and most humans so we can start from zero.”
