1. LIBERTY has been reduced down from above the head to a small word at the throat. Liberty was replaced by the ALL CAPS corporate State

2. Washington's head is turned AWAY from the phrase "IN GOD WE TRUST" when previously it was turned toward it

Now, technically "IN GOD WE" is actually the name of the trust that owns the corporate United States... but that's a rabbit hole for another day
