G1 Geomagnetic Storm

Updated geomagnetic data for the recent encounter with fast flowing solar wind. Peaking as a G1 geomagnetic storm overnight between 16th/17th (here in Europe) and transitioning into a period of geomagnetic unrest into the night of the 17th, things appear to have settled down. The data show up very clearly on my home built magnetometer here in the UK as shown in the chart.

MAGNETIC VIBRATIONS IN ENGLAND: What happens when a stream of solar wind strikes Earth's magnetic field? Stuart Green's backyard magnetometer in Preston UK provides the answer.

"Our magnetic field here in England has been very unsettled since the arrival of a solar wind stream on April 16th," says Green. Each gust of wind in space moved the needle of Green's magnetic sensor, tracing "a G1-class geomagnetic storm overnight between 16th/17th (here in Europe) and transitioning into a period of geomagnetic unrest into the night of the 17th," he says.

You'll never guess where Green keeps his magnetometer. "It is buried in my garden about 0.5 meters below the surface," says Green. "This protects it from interference and allows very sensitive measurements of magnetic declination during geomagnetic storms. The plot shows the change in magnetic flux density in nanotesla occurring between readings every few minutes."

IS THERE A BASE ON MARS NOW?

On June 5th, 2011, I received a curious e-mail from Dr. Robert Haralick, distinguished professor at City University of New York. Dr. Haralick wrote the foreword of my Ark Code book. He wanted to know what I thought about a YouTube video by David Martines (no longer available in 2020) with an alleged base on Mars at 71° 49'19.73"N, 29° 33'06.53"W. There was initially some confusion about the coordinates. They are discussed further below. My first thought on looking at the video was that it was of terrible quality, and probably a hoax. However, since we both write Torah Codes books, I took a quick look at the Code to see if it had anything statistically significant about such a base. As the Code itself is still highly controversial, it can't be used to decisively resolve such an issue, but it's my custom to check it before exploring the scientific merit of any such claim in detail. Detail with respect to Mars can include anything found in the extensive Basic Report on Martian air pressure published on my son’s site. The Code offered a 105-letter matrix with the minimum ELS for MARS BASE in wrapped Torah that has one of 11 occurrences of ALIEN at skip +1 in Torah. The match occurred against odds of 264 to 1. The rest of the discussion below will focus both on the merits of the base claim, on what quickly happened to the video after its publication, and on radioactive Potassium and Thorium isotopes associated with the site in question.

Telescopes Unite in Unprecedented Observations of Famous Black Hole – Watts Up With That?

The first results show that the intensity of electromagnetic radiation produced by material around M87’s supermassive black hole was the lowest that had ever been seen. This produced ideal conditions for studying the black hole, from regions close to the event horizon out to tens of thousands of light-years.

The NASA telescopes involved in this observing campaign included the Chandra X-ray Observatory, Hubble Space Telescope, Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory, the Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array (NuSTAR), and the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope.

The data were collected by a team of 760 scientists and engineers from nearly 200 institutions, 32 countries or regions, using observatories funded by agencies and institutions around the globe. The observations were concentrated from the end of March to the middle of April 2017.

A related question that is addressed by today’s study concerns the origin of energetic particles called “cosmic rays,” which continually bombard the Earth from outer space. Their energies can be a million times higher than what can be produced in the most powerful accelerator on Earth, the Large Hadron Collider. The huge jets launched from black holes, like the ones shown in today’s images, are thought to be the most likely source of the highest energy cosmic rays, but there are many questions about the details, including the precise locations where the particles get accelerated. Because cosmic rays produce light via their collisions, the highest-energy gamma rays can pinpoint this location, and the new study indicates that these gamma-rays are likely not produced near the event horizon—at least not in 2017. A key to settling this debate will be comparison to the observations from 2018, and the new data being collected this week.

About 3 weeks after that, all of Tesla's things and documents were given a thorough examination by a group of FBI agents that included none other than John G. Trump, the uncle of the current Republican candidate for U.S. President Donald J. Trump. 

Trump’s uncle was, by all accounts, a very accomplished and intelligent man, an M.I.T. Professor of Engineering, who helped design X-ray machines for cancer patients and did radar research work for the army during World War 2.

And stop us if you've heard this one before: A reported 23,000 gallons of water needed to be used to extinguish the flames because the Tesla's battery "kept reigniting".

The world’s oldest known wooden sculpture — a nine-foot-tall totem pole thousands of years old — looms over a hushed chamber of an obscure Russian museum in the Ural Mountains, not far from the Siberian border. As mysterious as the huge stone figures of Easter Island, the Shigir Idol, as it is called, is a landscape of uneasy spirits that baffles the modern onlooker.

Dug out of a peat bog by gold miners in 1890, the relic, or what’s left of it, is carved from a great slab of freshly cut larch. Scattered among the geometric patterns (zigzags, chevrons, herringbones) are eight human faces, each with slashes for eyes that peer not so benignly from the front and back planes.

Although the monument is unique, Dr. Savchenko sees a resemblance to the stone sculptures of what has long been considered the world’s oldest temple, Göbekli Tepe, whose ruins are in present-day Turkey, some 1,550 miles away. The temple’s stones were carved around 11,000 years ago, which makes them 1,500 years younger than the Shigir Idol.
