A reexamination of the claims made in this bombshell letter causing Security Council Members to request a legal analysis of the Insurrection Act of 1807 it is said President Trump signed—sees this trannoscript showing them focusing on the legal ramifications of the words: “Constitutional exceptions to Posse Comitatus restrictions rooted in the President's own constitutional authority…Defense Department guidelines describe “homeland defense” as a “constitutional exception” to Posse Comitatus restriction, meaning that measures necessary to guarantee National Security from external threats are not subject to the same limitations”—the legal analysis of which means that in instances of “homeland defense”, a President can sign into force the Insurrection Act of 1807 keeping it secret from both the US Congress and the American people—which if done then puts into full legal force what are known as Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs)—PEADs that are classified “secret”, and no PEAD has ever been declassified or leaked—they are not even subject to congressional oversight—and although the law requires the Executive Branch to report even the most sensitive covert military and intelligence operations to at least some members of the United States Congress, there is no such disclosure requirement for PEADs, and no evidence that the documents have ever been shared with relevant Congressional committees.

“For the first time in the history of the United States, an employer is forcing an employee to participate in an experimental vaccine trial as a condition for continued employment,” the lawsuit states.
The plaintiffs cited a letter—included in the lawsuit—from the CEO and president of Houston Methodist, Marc Boom, who allegedly directed employees to “please see the HR policy that outlines the consequences of not being compliant by June 7, which include suspension and eventually termination.”
Meanwhile, at the top of the lawsuit, an alleged quote from David Bernard, a CEO of a Houston Methodist branch, was included. Bernard purportedly told an employee that “100 percent vaccination is more important than your individual freedom. … Everyone [sic] of you is replaceable. If you don’t like what your [sic] doing you can leave and we will replace your spot.”

Liberty Counsel inferred from the changed guidance that the White House influenced the decision to drop enforcement of the reporting requirement from a year.
“No doubt receiving pressure from the Biden administration, OSHA suspended the enforcement requirement to record adverse injuries or death from COVID shots until May 2022 in order to push the COVID shots. This politically motivated change by OSHA is unprecedented,” the group stated in a press release.
Liberty Counsel founder and chairman Mat Staver in a press release criticized the decision to change the OSHA guidance.
