A great letter to an employer about the jab to protect your rights.

Dear Boss,

Compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law.

First, federal law prohibits any mandate of the Covid-19 vaccines as unlicensed, emergency-use-authorization-only vaccines. Subsection bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of section 360 of Title 21 of the United States Code, otherwise known as the Emergency Use Authorization section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, demands that everyone give employees the "option to accept or refuse administration" of the Covid-19 vaccine. ( ... ) This right to refuse emergency, experimental vaccines, such as the Covid-19 vaccine, implements the internationally agreed legal requirement of Informed Consent established in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. ( http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/ ). As the Nuremberg Code established, every person must "be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision" for any medical experimental drug, as the Covid-19 vaccine currently is. The Nuremberg Code prohibited even the military from requiring such experimental vaccines. (Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (D.D.C. 2003).

Secondly, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).)

Third, conditioning continued employment upon participating in a medical experiment and demanding disclosure of private, personal medical information, may also create employer liability under other federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state tort law principles, including torts prohibiting and proscribing invasions of privacy and battery. As COVID-19 vaccines are being rolled out and given to millions of Americans in every state, it is critical that doctors and other medical workers, who are administering the vaccines, actively report every serious health problem, injury and death that happens after vaccination to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. Known as VAERS, the centralized vaccine reaction reporting system was created under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. 

If you get a vaccine, including a COVID-19 vaccine, and your health deteriorates within hours, days or weeks of being vaccinated, the person who gave you the shot is required by federal law to file a report with VAERS. If he or she refuses to file a vaccine reaction report, you can do it yourself.

When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,” this is false/ mistaken: EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.

This is called a word game or word salad.

There is Potential Liability on Employers or Universities that Mandate Vaccines if an Employee or Student suffers any Side Effects or Death from a mandatory EUA vaccine.

Explain why they banned autopsies of anyone dying from/with Covid-19.

Explain why they changed the law to allow any practitioner to diagnose Covid through observation alone, even if it is done through video consultation.

Explain how all cause mortality is at an all time low.

Explain how millions of protesters across the globe aren't getting sick with "Covid."

Explain how this is the only crisis that needs an advertising campaign paired with a constant barrage of repetitive brainwashing propaganda on the TV and in the streets.

Explain how hundreds of thousands of people marched through the streets of London for an afternoon last month but it wasn't once shown on ANY TV channel or reported in the mainstream press.

Explain how thousands were yelling "shame on you" outside the BBC HQ in both London, Manchester and Cardiff last Saturday but it wasn't shown on the TV?

Explain how the people who are wearing the masks and following the rules are the only ones who are catching "COVID".

Explain how the creator of the PCR amplification tool is on record for stating that the PCR was not designed as a test for infectious diseases.

Explain why they are using the PCR to diagnose an infectious disease.

Explain why the concern has been changed from Covid deaths, to hospitalisations to Covid infections to Covid "cases" .

Explain how the "anti-vaxxers" are being blamed for the rise in "cases" when the only people who could possibly be contributing to the statistics are the people who are getting the "test" in the first place.

Explain why the hospitals were emptier than normal during the height of the "pandemic."

Explain why whistleblowers are reporting that the hospitals are now filling up with vaccine adverse reactions but the MSM aren't reporting it.

Explain why kids need to be vaccinated when, by your own definitions, Covid isn't dangerous to children.

Explain, if all the vulnerable people have already been vaccinated, why do all the healthy people need to get vaccinated if you're already protected by your own vaccine and the recovery rate was already 99.96% without the vaccine.

Explain why the average age of death with "Covid" (82.4 years) is higher than the average age of death without (81.5 years).

Explain how you can get banned from Facebook and Twitter for sharing official government links.

Explain why there are several class actions in progress, taking governments across the globe to court for crimes against humanity, but there is zero MSM coverage.

Explain why most government leaders are reading from the same noscript.

Explain how all the things that you were laughing at us for talking about last year are now becoming a reality this year e.g. vaccine passports and mass surveillance (NHS app).

Explain why the increase in fatality rate in countries like India and Uruguay perfectly co-relates with vaccination uptake rate?

Explain why we reset the death count for flu annually but kept it at cumulative for COVID?

Explain why any credible discussion on treatment has been suppressed punitively while the mainstream discussion has been deliberately centred around vaccines only, at the cost of thousands of lives?

Explain why we don’t have a sars cov 1 vaccine? What happened to the ferrets it was tried on? And on what basis are we projecting a different result this time?

Explain why we have all the answers but you have nothing.

Oh but the POWER WE HAVE even with the Restrictions. We are not going down without a FIGHT 💯

Animal cell lines all have ticks! Mycoplasma, mold, Borrelia, animals get bit in farms. Our animals are vaccinated heavily with these toxic things, activating their viromes to be expressed and when you inject it, you don’t need a transmissable virus.

“So this is a big cover-up, because you’re going to have to pay tens of millions of dollars…In HIV/AIDS, at the height of the epidemic, it was one million Americans. Now it’s 25 to 50 million Americans. Kill them, call it ‘COVID’ and you don’t have to pay life insurance, you don’t have to pay off the penalties to take care of these people for the rest of their lives. It’s trillions of dollars.”

But she says there is good news in all of this and she does have a message of hope. “We know that everything that would have prevented the infection naturally will prevent the disease causation. So you want ozone therapy, you want hyperbaric oxygen therapy. You never want to take another drug…you want quercetin, you can take nice, ozonated cream, like I just put on my skin.

“Remember, I got infected with deadly XMRV from the lab…and I’m just fine…Magic Johnson’s just fine. What do you do? You stop the expression, you never inject yourself, you don’t do immune activation. No GMOs, no fake food.
