WASHINGTON – FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission, will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) this summer.

The national test will consist of two portions, testing WEA and EAS capabilities. ➡️ Both tests will begin at 2:20 p.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 11. ⬅️

The Wireless Emergency Alert portion of the test will be directed only to consumer cell phones where the subscriber has opted-in to receive test messages. This will be the second nationwide WEA test, but the first nationwide WEA test on a consumer opt-in basis. The test message will display in either English or in Spanish, depending on the language settings of the wireless handset.

The Emergency Alert System portion of the test will be sent to radios and televisions. This will be the sixth nationwide EAS test.

FEMA and the FCC are coordinating with EAS participants, wireless providers, emergency managers and other stakeholders in preparation for this national test to minimize confusion and to maximize the public safety value of the test. The test is intended to ensure public safety officials have the methods and systems that will deliver urgent alerts and warnings to the public in times of an emergency or disaster.

We each have an “awakening path,” & each have an “awakening voice”... that can be heard by those who have been unable or unwilling to hear any other voice.

As I watched the Eric Clapton interview I was struck by how powerful that interview could be for people who have no interest in being “hammered” with facts or “pounded” by data.

Eric Clapton is clearly profoundly naive about the world outside professional music & a “reluctant warrior.” But also clearly a compassionate human being who would prefer we “all just get along” & live in peace with one another.

His gentleness will garner attention many “better researched and awake” warriors will never attract to Truth.

He made bad choices & he may well pay a heavy price for it. But he has a good heart & is now willing to be a voice of warning, regardless the cost.

Not sure it is wise or productive to stand in judgment of that.

A recruiter for oil and gas corporations recently gave an ominous warning on Tik Tok, claiming that these big companies are mysteriously preparing to replace their vaccinated employees within three years.

Carol Bird, a recruiter for RigBoyz Employment Network, explained that nearly half of these major companies’ workforce will soon be replaced with fresh workers within a few years due to the fact that they’ve been vaccinated.

“The reason that this is important is because of what I am seeing as an executive in this industry happening right now as a result of the COVID vaccines. And it’s something called succession planning,” Bird explained.

“Basically what it is, is companies need to plan for what’s going to happen as their staff move on; rather, they move up the line, they retire, so on and so forth. And succession planning is something that I help companies with professionally by offering them recruitment services.”

While one might take a dark view of those who "get the jab", we have a different perspective.

For thousands of years people have been "programmed" to go along with the crowd. There is always a leader to give the group direction: head of the extended family, tribal elder, priest, king or even tough guy warlord.

The more uncertain life is, the greater the instinct to "huddle" with the others for safety. In fact, until recent times life was truly dangerous, brutal and short.

Modern education geared for the masses does not reward independent thinking. Conformity is paramount. Belonging to a group of friends is key to surviving the tumultuous teen years.

Pressures are now more psychological than physical. Mass marketing and popular music definitely "program" youth to experience sexuality at ever younger ages. Materialism is the accepted god of the realm.

The family has lost its core of stability. When times were good, fathers could provide for all. Since the crushing inflation of the 1970s, mothers went back into the work force, many by necessity as single parents.

No point in blaming individuals for what they felt they had to do to survive.

Culture "herds" humanity through all the sophisticated methods of mass media. Radio, TV, professional sports, even rock concerts are enjoyed by observation, not participation.

These are hypnotic experiences.

Recall Hitler and his highly orchestrated nighttime rallies. It would take extreme will power (and Holy Spirit anointing) to resist the "high" achieved by such events.

Even today, the outpouring of emotion at any Trump rally you can name has the same attraction.

We all want to transcend the dreary day to day and feel part of something larger than our limited personal sphere of influence.

People want to fix on a simple answer that gives them hope and a good feeling. They believe "trusted sources" and can be led astray if they naively accept the proferred message.

Some may have wandered off course but deep down people do acknowledge a higher power, a creator. Unfortunately, they often have only a superficial experience of "God" or "religion". When pressures come, there is no inner strength to draw on.

David poured out his heart in the psalms. He endured years of persecution but in spite of all that his intense personal relationship with Father God was his safe refuge.

It's frustrating and sad to see friends and family go down the wrong path (from our point of view). People are driven by emotion and fear is a powerful force.

Those who credit the outline of The End Times as described in the Bible, especially in the Book of Daniel and the Revelation of John, will easily see parallels to the current power grab of the Covid crisis.

In the final analysis, God is the righteous judge, not us.

Deception is the biggest enemy we face and no one is immune to its enticements. We won't succeed on our own strength.

Using instruments at ANSTO’s Australian Synchrotron and Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering as well as other techniques,  the team led by UNSW A/Prof Neeraj Sharma, an ARC Future Fellow, demonstrated that the zero thermal expansion material made of scandium, aluminium, tungsten and oxygen did not change in volume from 4 to 1400 Kelvin  (-269 to 1126 °Celsius).

Their research, published in the Chemistry of Materials, confirmed the structural stability of Sc1.5 Al0.5W3O12 with only minute changes to the bonds, position of oxygen atoms and rotations of the atom arrangements.

Zero thermal expansion, often abbreviated as ZTE, is a specific property of a material that relates to the conditions in which the material does not expand or contract in size or volume. Elementary school science curriculum teaches everyone that changes in temperature cause changes in the physical properties of materials, usually in the form of their volume or density. Materials that possess forms of ZTE are extremely rare, and the ones that do only remain in their original state in very specific and small ranges of temperature.

This makes materials with the zero thermal expansion property invaluable in specific applications where temperatures can vary significantly, such as space technology that needs to withstand both extreme heat and extreme cold.

Scientists at Australia’s University of New South Wales discovered the new material by accident while researching batteries, where they noticed its extraordinary properties.

The material itself mixes several other compounds: oxygen, aluminum, tungsten, and scandium. Its window for zero thermal expansion is huge. According to the study, the material retains its natural state almost entirely whether it is facing conditions of 4 Kelvin or 1400 K. The former calculates to over -450 degrees Fahrenheit, with the latter reaching over 2000 degrees- hotter than most lava erupting from modern volcanoes.

The researchers are currently unsure what exactly is producing this effect in the new orthorhombic material. University Professor Neeraj Sharma said that the investigation is now focused on the minutia to figure out why the material has these exceptional thermal properties.
