It's easy to feel overwhelmed if you've never really thought about prepping before. This is often experienced by people who live in town close to convenient shopping.

Those who live out in the boonies typically just grow up with the prepping mindset as trips to town for supplies can be an undertaking requiring much planning. 🚚

Those on a budget (who isn't these days!) will appreciate that many simple yet extremely useful items are very inexpensive. Duct tape, a bit of Paracord, a Bic lighter, a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. You know, those basic items that are generally on the bottom shelf at the store!

Just add a little to your shopping basket each time you're out and about and in a year you will be much better prepared than you are now. 😎

Tip: Keep the "emergency" items together in one spot, like a closet or under the bed. You don't want to be stumbling around in the dark trying to find batteries for your flashlight!

(Natural News) The American government continues to push for vaccination among young adults and teenagers amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic despite studies proving that the vaccines available to the public are linked to many negative side effects like heart inflammation.

And when Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA vaccines himself, spoke up against the use of these experimental vaccines, YouTube deleted the video where he said that “the government is not being transparent about the risks” of these vaccines.

In an interview on Fox’s Tucker Carlson Tonight, Malone warned that there isn’t enough data about the risks for young adults and adolescents. He also told Carlson that these age groups shouldn’t be forced to get vaccinated at the risk of their own health.

Malone was also a guest speaker on a podcast along with Bret Weinstein, an evolutionary biologist, and Steve Kirsh, an American serial entrepreneur who started seven companies.

The podcast was uploaded to YouTube but it was flagged as sharing misleading information about the coronavirus vaccine and deleted. YouTube also flagged statements about how the “spike protein” used in the COVID-19 vaccine, which is how mRNA vaccines work, is toxic.

Interviewed by Mike Adams, JR Nyquist talked about the Chinese state security official who defected in the U.S. He said the defector, Dong Jingwei, was sent by China for "damage control" as the narrative on the origins of the coronavirus (COVID-19) shifted on the possibility that the virus escaped from a Chinese lab.

Nyquist and Adams determined that the things Dong turned over and shared to the United States are not new and already known during the Trump administration.

According to Nyquist, the Chinese wanted the narrative that the virus “accidentally escaped” from a lab to stick now that it’s out in the open. He said Dong was sent to reinforce a certain narrative – that the Chinese didn’t release the virus on purpose. He said Dong "knows the real scoop of how the virus got out."

Nyquist also talked about how the COVID-19 vaccines represent the second stage in the biological attack on the U.S. He said the virus can only kill a small percentage of the population, and the vaccines can do much more damage.

Interviewed by Mike Adams, Dr. Lee Merritt of themedicalrebel.com talked about the dangers of taking the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine as news emerged that four vaccinated British Airways pilots allegedly died of blood clots recently. She noted that those pilots are young, healthy guys. Adams added that young and healthy men are also being diagnosed with heart inflammation called myocarditis after taking mRNA vaccines.

The two also discussed the psychology behind the mad rush to have everyone vaccinated. Dr. Merritt said there’s likely a psychologic operation that made American people have their children take an experimental vaccine. Adams quoted Dr. Peter McCullough, a renowned cardiologist, who said his fellow doctors who are promoting vaccines even to pregnant women “are in a TRANCE, as if they have been HYPNOTIZED.”

Dr. Merritt proceeded to talk about how highly trained medical lab people in the United States and around the world were doing 40-45 cycles on PCR tests while the right range should be between 25 and 35 cycles. She said that they either had a collective "brain fart" or were told by higher power to not do the right thing. That's not coincidence, Dr. Merritt said, but a CONSPIRACY.
