Die Kolossalstatue von Amenhotep III und Tiy ist eine monolithische Gruppenstatue des ägyptischen Pharaos Amenhotep III der 18. Dynastie, seiner großen königlichen Frau Tiy oder Tiye und drei seiner Töchter. Es ist der größte jemals gefundene Doppelkoloß. Die Statue stand ursprünglich in Medinet Habu, West-Theben; heute ist es das Herzstück der Haupthalle des Ägyptischen Museums in Kairo.
