The boy in a dress raped a girl in the girls bathroom originally. He was kicked from the school, then brought back by the school board and raped this mans daughter. The father was justifiably murderous towards the school board, so they had him arrested. That is how they treat fathers who don't want their children abused by gender confused freaks.
