Як повідомляє спільнота Steam українською, показники кількості користувачів україномовного інтерфейсу Steam зростають. 2017 року було 0,06% і ми випереджали лише грецьку й болгарську мови, а за березень 2022 маємо 0,17% і випереджаємо 6 мов: фінську, в'єтнамську, румунську, норвезьку, грецьку й болгарську.
Мова інтерфейсу дуже важлива, бо вона показує розробникам зацікавленість українською мовою і, відповідно, є невеличким показником (який доплюсовується до решти чинників) потрібності української мови в іграх.
Українці, налаштуйте свій інтерфейс у Steam (та скрізь, де це можливо) українською мовою та простежте, щоб ваші друзі та рідні зробили те саме. Бо мова має значення!

contrary to popular belief, neocities is actually completely fine for hosting plenty of things that most other hosting companies, or even other social media platforms wouldn't.
per their legal page:
"It is very important to understand that a site's offensiveness is not grounds (legally, or in our Terms of Service) for removal. If the site in question is not in violation of United States law, there are no legal grounds for us to remove it."
i promise you, taking the time to build and personalize your own space on the internet gives you much more dopamine than ratioing someone or making that follow count go up.
it's not just a meme. building your own platform and expressing yourself online outside of social media will work wonders for your mental health, and you will learn so much more.

Друзья, очень хочется Fediverse сделать еще более децентрализованным. А именно избавиться от доменов в пользу ALFIS и добавить поддержку оверлейной сети (yggdrasil). Тесты показали, что это работает, но нужна мелкая допилка авторами Mastodon.

If you have ath9k wlan driver, don't update to kernel 5.15.*. Wait for 5.17.1 or 5.17.2. Your old wlan card will be fucked up and will be having 10-20% packets loss in best scenario
