added autostart for xfce

if anyone wondering what will happen to my pe, it will be released on 5.15, sources still on my ssd

porting deviceaswebcam to those sources rn, also cleaning up some fuckups idk when i'll be able to build tho

got idea how to build: debian minimal iso, will run in ram one drive is src one drive is out+swap

at least soong and build process can eat all the resources

pe tests tomorrow, small bug fixes
