vulkan for ui rendering is now disabled, it seem very unstable

sadly gonna drop development for some time
i wanna enjoy summer more
tomorrow i might drop here latest working build
sources will be saved, so i could continue any time later

the only probably most annoying bug, is that sometimes qs flashlight tile turn off flashlight without changing it's state, just kill systemui to fix it

while fighting vulkan i also nuked some codecs, prepare for video playback bugs

i will return them eventually

i got a new laptop, so old one will be my local server, it could be utilized for everything ig

soon more INTERNAL testing for audio
