reworking flashlight tile and fixing media codecs shit rn(green screen in some apps)

probably gonna throw small update today

well, it will kinda lag but won't be green anymore

trying to switch to 5.15 codec stack to fix that

i dunno what to do to avc decoder, so 720/1080@60 gonna lag a little bit

trying to revert gles/vk drivers upgrade rn
i think avc broke after that
