THE TRUTH ABOUT BX_ON_X (REBECCA LOUISE SPINKS):

BX’s claim to fame is “exposing the 764 network” online. She did this by leeching off of a viral video where Kyle William Spitze (Criminal764) filmed himself having an argument with his stepdad, in which the stepdad non-fatally shot him in the ear. After it came out that Spitze was a member of 764 and had groomed underage girls online, BX suddenly had an interest in 764 and realized she could make money off of 764. After that realization, she branded herself as an investigator who fights against child sexual exploitation.

BX has never encountered a real sex trafficking ring in her life. She is not an investigator. She is not even truly a vigilante. She has never placed boots on the ground. She has never once engaged with a victim in real life. She doesn’t know what it’s like to hold a sobbing, inconsolable victim of sexual abuse in her arms and tell that victim, with varying degrees of convincing, that the abuser(s) would be brought to justice.

I and others on my team, meanwhile, fight against sex trafficking and exploitation against both minors and adults both online and offline. Some of us have gone into very dangerous neighborhoods all over the US and even foreign countries in order to do this. We have a lot of resources at our disposal including lucrative contracts with the US Federal Government. Though it is not about the money, as most of us are volunteers. We are here to help. We do not care about being famous on social media, unlike BX. We prefer to work behind the scenes.

I infiltrated the same organization BX constantly harps on, 764, and I will publicly announce my findings during my infiltration. While I was in 764 in an approved infiltration capacity, I did not witness any child sexual exploitation or extortion whatsoever. Of course, this is partially because I made a deal with Prasan Nepal (Trippy764) that 764 would refrain from harming children in any way if they wanted me to become a member. With that deal alone, I did more to stop 764 from harming children than BX did in now almost two years of ranting on Twitter. Additionally, at no point in 764’s existence as a group have they done anything offline. They are basically internet trolls with a sadistic streak, for the most part. FBI documents calling 764 an “enterprise” are utterly laughable because it isn’t one. Nobody has ever made money off of 764 except for BX. 764 is deplorable, but they are not sex traffickers and they do not hold a candle to any of the real sex trafficking organizations we have fought against. 764 is a meme, especially in 2025.

BX is a fraud. She is an insult to every genuine investigator. She claims to hold a private investigator license in Texas. She holds no such license, and has never held such a license. The fact that she openly claims to be a private investigator means she charges money and engages in business, which is illegal to do without a license. Sadly, she has duped many people out of money. However, anybody moronic enough to give her money deserves to lose it.

Intelligence threat - 2025 - printer dated “DECEMBER 2024” cent to overseas CIA employee who ordered it to print classified documents and personal identifying information in 2025 with Israeli packaging despite being ordered from a European based shipping agency with no ties to Israel, the packaging was busted and the printer had clearly been repackaged. Printer was factory reset 3 times and reprogrammed prior to being used.

Printer was scanned for Israeli spyware and ran back positive.

Source of swapped printer is believed to be Israeli intelligence source targeting US information sources and US intelligence employees abroad.

Printer and box have been archived and documented as an intelligence artifact after on site analysis by the operative who held the printer.

Printer dated 18-12-24 upon reception.
