Stable Jack v2 - Yield Token

Stable Jack v2 introduces a new asset, called Yield Token.

Yield Token is a USD-pegged, yield-bearing asset that accrues yield from the collateral asset.

The main features of the Yield Token can be summarized as:

Fixed and variable yield options based on collateral
Exposed to leveraged yield returns on the collateral asset
Expects over 12% yield
Can be used in DeFi protocols for yields above 30-40% through looping
Holders retain their principal while earning yield, unlike Pendle

Note: Every collateral asset will have a unique Yield Token.
