Brief Denoscription of the Incident (within 500 characters):

I found a Poco X5 seller on OLX who asked me after finalizing deal to continue the rest of the deal on WhatsApp. He shared a DTDC courier receipt and asked for advance payment to UPI ID 6232091818-3@axl. I sent ₹280 and ₹5000, both debited successfully from my BOB account. After payment, he claimed he didn’t receive it. When I checked with DTDC, they said he had already taken the parcel back. This is a clear fraud.

The shipment id 7D156160880 is in transit whereas The sender already taken the parcel back confirmed by their local DTDC office.
Sender is not reachable as of now .
Local authorities and banks are involved

Let's wait till the 8th of this month
