• Boot into fastboot
• Type command
fastboot flash vendor_boot TWRP-3.7.1_12-stone.img (drag and drop)
• fastboot reboot recovery
• Then install a ROM or original vendor_boot.img file for your ROM
• On the TWRP home screen, go to Advanced, then select Install Ramdisk Recovery (select the TWRP image file)
