There are a lot of '#NodePlays' popping up in #crypto lately. It's a prevailing narrative.

👨‍🎓 The reality is, these aren't nodes - here's why...

These 'nodes' are in fact smart contracts - you can 'buy' one (using their token of course) & rewards are paid (effectively reflections) 🪞

The 'nodes' have no other utility other than paying out rewards to 'owners' - they don't provide resources or support a network ✖️

It is the definition of #ponzinomics, & the value of these '#node' tokens will only continue to rise so long as there are more people to buy these 'nodes'

Once buyers dry up. Sell pressure from the 'node' rewards will drive a run on the token & then it's a race to get out 🏁

Not only do these projects effectively do nothing, but create a pyramid for the devs & early adopters, they also have no #BusinessModel, no long-term economy, & therefore, no future 🚩🚩

At #StrongNode we are focussing on building a true #EdgeNetwork, the 1st to leverage #blockchain & the 1st to incorporate a genuine economy & long term business model.
