The 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 and Mullah Umar´s (rahimhullah) son, Mullawi Yaqub, first-ever voice message to the group members, instructing them to avoid any such actions in the newly captured areas, strengthening the “enemies” propaganda against the Taliban.
Yaqub tells them to protect the opponents’ properties, not enter their houses and invite them to surrender and take control of their properties. He says that the local Taliban leadership will be responsible for any negligence in this regard.
The Yaqub message might be aimed to confront the Afghan govt claims, which alleges the Taliban for massive human rights violations in its newly captured areas, looting houses & markets, and killing its opponents, including civilians. The Taliban deny all these charges.
