现在每次 Time Machine 备份结束都会 hang Chrome

貌似是 TM 备份结束的时候会 umount TM Volume，然后这个 umount 会卡在 syscall 上

然后所有会访问 /Volumes 的程序全部会挂起

因为 umount 是阻塞操作

表现就是上网冲浪隔几个小时就无法打开新的标签页了

现在所有用 afpd 的 NAS 全部完蛋了
