سلام 🌸
دوستان ما برای طراحی یک محصول میخوایم با تعدادی از کسانی که mastectomy(عمل جراحی برداشتن سینه) داشتن و مدتی بدون عمل بازسازی (عمل جراحی زیبایی) زندگی کردن صحبت کنیم؛ تا متوجه بشیم چه دغدغه ای داشتن و در راستای حل این دغدغه بتونیم محصول متناسبی رو تولید کنیم

خیلی ممنونتون میشم اگر کسی با این شرایط میشناسین؛ یاریمون کنین و ما رو باهاشون کانکت بفرمایین
صحبتهاشون برامون بسیار ارزشمنده و در طراحی و ایرادگیری محصول کمکمون خواهد کرد
امید داریم یک کار زیبا از دل این ماجرا دربیاد و بتونیم خدمتی هر چند کوچک به این قشر ارائه بدیم

بچه ها تایم این برنامه شد یکشنبه ساعت 6 تا 6:45 عصر(به وقت تهران). نیم ساعت اول یه گپ و توضیح کوچیک داریم همراه دکترشهریار فقانی عزیز؛

Do you forgive yourself for your mistakes?

Living with guilt and self-blame is damaging to both our body and mind, when we do something, we always expect a positive outcome but it doesn't always happen. At times things go wrong and sometimes we don't have a choice to retract our actions.

If you face such a situation in life don't crush yourself from inside with the burden of self-blame.
You must remind yourself that your intentions were always right and what you did, was your very best. You can control your actions but not outcome. Even the best effort can fail and the best intention might not yield as expected.

Don't live in guilt when things go wrong or you are unable to do as desired. Accept, learn and move on!

How can beliving help us to achieve our dreams?

When we believe, we put our trust in the unseen force. This force brings inner strength and build courage within us.

When we feel courageous, we are likely to take every opportunity of life and not miss any chance that can lead us to our dreams. when we do something with doubts we are reluctant to take chances because we are afraid of losing and that's when we lose even those opportunities that could helpef to achieve our dreams.

Don't just look at your dream and wonder how it will happen. Believe and work towards it to make it possible.
