The hardest part about Re-starting at the gym:
⏺️ Insecurity : Nothing hits harder than coming back after a long break and seeing your gym buddies looking like Greek gods while you still struggle with the warm-up. The regret? it hurts fr fr 😭 😭

⏺️ Cooking your own meals ,healthy ... Who knew? (Everyone. Everyone knew.)
⏺️ Muscle soreness..(strapo) AKA welcome to pain Sitting, standing, walking heck, even existing becomes a full body workout. Going to the bathroom?...😁 (we don't do that here )....Climbing stairs aytasebem(zombie audition) ... If this keeps up, my kidneys might just give up on me. 😭
