They say that every day, the universe expands
and we discover certain things that we don't understand.
Dark matter ain't the only mystery at hand.
I'm wond'rin' how I got a girl like you to say that I'm her man.
It's a statistical anomaly, but girl, you've got me.
Gravity is pulling me to your heavenly body.
No astronomical phenomenon could ever stop me.
You've got a smile that every star in the galaxy copied.
The constellations couldn't make as beautiful a pattern.
The conversations—every night, I ring you up like Saturn.
The telescopes tell us folks that you're the coolest view.
A SUPERNOVA'S scootin' over to make room for you
'cause you eclipse every wonder of the cosmos.
It's almost unfair to them, but you're the one I want most.
It's a miracle that Galileo never found you.
If he did, he'd say the universe revolved around you.
This is the man she told you not to worry about, lol.😭

Why Does Time Feel So FAST These Days?
Did time just fly by?
If you’ve ever thought, “Wait, wasn’t it January, like, two weeks ago?” you’re not alone! Ever since the pandemic, a lot of us feel like time is running faster than Sonic with rocket shoes. But is time actually speeding up? Or is something else going on?
1. The Pandemic Made Time Mushy
Brain Trick: Less new stuff = less memory = faster-feeling time.
2. Growing Up Makes Time Feel Faster
Name of This Trick: Proportional Time Theory
3. Too Much Info = Time Overload!
> Brain Status: Overloaded and dizzy 😵💫
4. We Lost the “Fun Time” Moments**
The Greeks had two words for time:
- Chronos – boring, clock time
- Kairos – magical, meaningful moments
More fun = more memory = time feels richer, not faster.
5. Even the Universe Says Time Is Weird
Time is flexible, like slime!
So… Is Time Broken? well idk but
maybe your brain, your age, your screen habits, the pandemic, and even the universe are ALL playing tricks on how you feel time.

1. The Pandemic Made Time Mushy
During lockdown, school and daily life got super weird. No more field trips, no more playground chaos just pajamas, screens, and confusing Zoom calls.
Your brain didn’t have many exciting things to remember, so days blurred together like a smoothie. And when your brain doesn't save much, it feels like time whooshed by!
Brain Trick: Less new stuff = less memory = faster-feeling time.
2. Growing Up Makes Time Feel Faster
When you’re little, one year feels like FOREVER. But as you grow older, a year becomes just a small piece of your life pie.
So yeah… a year to a 10-year-old is huge, but to a 16-year-old? Meh. Just a couple of memes and some pizza.
Name of This Trick: Proportional Time Theory
3. Too Much Info = Time Overload!
TikTok, YouTube, games, texts, homework, cat videos… Your brain is like, “AHH TOO MUCH STUFF!”
This super-speedy lifestyle crams so much into your day that your brain barely has time to process it. That makes time feel like it’s zooming.
> Brain Status: Overloaded and dizzy 😵💫
4. We Lost the “Fun Time” Moments**
The Greeks had two words for time:
- Chronos – boring, clock time
- Kairos – magical, meaningful moments
After the pandemic, we’ve had LOTS of Chronos, but not much Kairos no random adventures or giant cake fights. And guess what? Time feels slow when it’s boring and fast when it’s fun… but weirdly, we remember fun time better!
More fun = more memory = time feels richer, not faster.
5. Even the Universe Says Time Is Weird
Einstein said time moves slower when you go super fast or get close to a black hole. Astronauts and galaxies experience “time dilation,” where one person’s second could be another person’s hour!
Our daily life isn’t *that* extreme, but it reminds us: time isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s stretchy and strange just like socks after a nap.
Time is flexible, like slime!
So… Is Time Broken? well idk but
maybe your brain, your age, your screen habits, the pandemic, and even the universe are ALL playing tricks on how you feel time.

You all know I’m an Interstellar fan (like, obviously). nd Ik some of you are too don’t pretend u didn’t cry at that bookshelf scene. 👀
But see, I can never just watch a movie like that. I don’t do the whole sit-back-and-relax thing nah. That’s y I don’t watch movies that often… cause once I do, my brain goes into overdrive and I just lose my cool. It’s like, “Excuse me, did they just casually bend time and space? I need a moment.”🤷♀️ 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️
So yeah, I take notes. I pause. I rewind. I Google. I go full detective mode with my notebook and a cup of something dramatic. And yep, I did exactly that for Interstellar. Maybe it turned into a guide. Maybe it’s just scribbles from a space-obsessed mind. But it felt cool, okay? 😂
Anyway, I thought I’d share. Who knows, maybe you’ll see space like I do or at least nerd out with me a little.🤩

At some point in life, all of us will experience grief. That feeling when someone’s presence was just there in the room, in your routine, in your life and then suddenly… they’re not. It’s a strange kind of silence. A quiet that echoes in your heart.
For some, the healing takes time sometimes a long, long time. Because it’s not just about missing them. It’s the memories, the connection, the things left unsaid, the routines you shared. And the hardest part? Knowing we can’t go back in time. Can’t rewind. Can’t have them back like some kind of superhero would in a movie.
I’ve been struggling with this. More than I realized. Grief has a way of spilling into everything school, work, even the way I show up emotionally. And I never expected it to shape so much of my everyday life.
So, if you’re in a place where healing needs to happen or if you’ve felt this too please give yourself time. Be patient with your heart.

The Science & Process of Healing From Grief
This episode, I discuss grief and the challenges of processing losses of different kinds. I explain the biological mechanisms of grief, including how neural circuits for emotional and factual memory combine with those for love and attachment, to create feelings…

I just started learning ...., and tbh it is kinda hard, but also really cool I’ve been getting some help along the way, and little by little, I’m starting to understand it:)
Sometimes I get mad at myself for not getting things faster ...
nd GPT is explaining things visually, and I don’t get why it thinks of me as such a small person lol
