Pre-infection 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels and association with severity of COVID-19 illness
Objective Studies have demonstrated a potential correlation between low vitamin D status and both an increased risk of infection with SARS-CoV-2 and poorer clinical outcomes. This retrospective study examines if, and to what degree, a relationship exists…

Regain Control over your Health.
Sun is life, but more factors have an impact on your health/life. Most importantly, you need to be aware that your diet is healthy (most likely not what you consider beneficial) and that you exercise sufficiently. Also, make sure your Omega-3 index is optimal (https://bit.ly/3JyUPRM).
The presented methods have been applied for thousands of years, and it is a miracle how MSM are not addressing this approach.

The fact that higher levels of melanin have an adverse effect on the body's own vitamin D production is why we see more severe courses of Covid in people with stronger pigmentation in Western countries. Supplementing with #VitaminD could counteract this and save many lives.

Vitamin D saves lives!
The website vdmeta.com provides an overview of all conducted vitamin D treatment and sufficiency studies with respect to Covid that are out there.
What is remarkable is that those that show an adverse effect, provide p-values (highlighted in yellow) that do not allow conclusions to be drawn.
During the beginning of the "pandemic", there was a big smear campaign against me for stating that vitamin D is the most important hormon for a well-functioning immune system.
Mainstream media fuelled this narrative by stating that there is "no evidence that vitamin D can prevent or treat Covid" (https://bit.ly/35hnso6).
My take is: don't listen to the so-called experts: https://factcheck.afp.com/health-experts-say-there-no-evidence-vitamin-d-effective-preventing-novel-coronavirus-infection

"Vitamin D deficiency was found in 82.2% of COVID-19 cases and 47.2% of population-based controls (p<0.0001). [...] 25OHD levels are lower in hospitalized COVID-19 patients than in population-based controls and these patients had a higher prevalence of deficiency."
Surprise, surprise!
And frankly speaking, I doubt that anybody gets ill with 25(OH)D levels above 50 ng/mL.

A Truth Bomb on Skin Color and Vitamin D.
Skin needs to be struck by sunlight to synthesize vitamin D, which is an immunoregulating hormone. Dark skin contains melanin, an effective natural sunscreen that reduces vitamin D synthesis.
The correlation of different skin colors all over the world (see attached illustration) is perfect with UVA/UVB radiation intensities. Neither cancer nor God or diversity had anything to do with the evolutionary pressure on the skin pigments. It's simply a health feature!
This explains why light skin was favored in dimmer regions such as Scandinavia as it boosted vitamin D synthesis.
Western lifestyles and religious practices, however, can have a serious impact on health. Office jobs or wearing burkhas reduces the exposure to sunlight and lead to serious vitamin D deficiencies.
But Dr. Simon, but why aren't Inuit pale skinned? Well, because their diet mainly comprises vitamin D–rich foods, such as oily fish.
How about African immigrants in Europe? Well, they will face serious health issues if they don't supplement with vitamin D.
How about Europeans in tropical areas? They should supplement with folate (vitamin B9) or eat lots of liver and eggs as intense sunlight can destroy folate in the blood of pale-skinned people.
Best,
Dr. Simon

What happens if you administer high doses of vitamin D to severe COVID-19 patients?
They simply won't die, as this study shows.
"Table 3 revealed that 100% of the patients with a low vitamin D status (less than 20 ng/mL) receiving high doses of vitamin D (50,000 IU every other day for two weeks or one intramuscular shot of 300,000 IU) showed clinical improvement compared to those receiving the usual treatment doses (10,000 IU daily or less) or those who did not receive it."
By the way, I feel sorry for the doomed patients in the control group, or those all over the world that are rejected by the Medical-Industrial Complex to get high-dose intramuscular shots.
Best,
Dr. Simon

Vitamin D is an immunomodulatory hormone that prevents you from getting ill.
Low vitamin D levels are associated with several diseases throughout the human body and a higher prevalence of multimorbidity.
The vitamin D level in the blood should be at least 50 ng/mL (i.e. 125 nmol/L) to ensure a properly functioning immune system. However, the WHO and the NHI already consider 20 ng/mL sufficient (https://bit.ly/3jJo6Oe), which is irresponsible and reckless.
Another issue is one's skin colour. The darker the skin, the less vitamin D is synthesised (https://bit.ly/3iwCcDk - see Figure 3). This constitutes a severe problem for non-white people in the Northern hemisphere and should be fixed by supplementing vitamin D and direct sun exposure (the more skin the better!).
I hypothesise that this intended crisis could be solved overnight. The evidence is there and can be found on the website of my friend Robin Whittle (https://bit.ly/3Au4JzD), this vitamin D meta-analysis (https://bit.ly/3CvWvsC), and in my very own publication (https://bit.ly/3xAbPAO).
My daily supplementation advice is as follows:
👉🏼 >5000 IU Vitamin D
👉🏼 200µg K2-MK7 (see my publication)
👉🏼 250mg magnesium citrate
👉🏼 15mg zinc citrate or picolinate
👉🏼 1000mg DHA + EPA (Omega-3 fatty acids)
