‼️‼️ Drop support #Rising rom for a long time ‼️‼️

- I don't use this rom by default and I don't have a tester to fix the bugs. Each build requires several tests once they are completed and there is no one who can test them at the moment, which slows down the process and I don't have that time.

- I will only continue with the development of #CrDroid which is the rom I use by default and has no errors, also this rom is the best rom saving battery and is more stable.

- Thanks to everyone for the support received and especially to all of you who have been a tester, for a rom to be published it sometimes takes days with 5 or 6 different versions or even several days to be able to publish. I know normal users don't understand this, but at least you testers have been able to see how complicated this job is, how much time it takes and how thankless it is.
