With great pain, Lebanon mourns the brave sons of our army martyred in the south while performing their national duty.

All of Lebanon, state and people, bow in reverence to their sacrifices and pure blood, reaffirming that our army is the safeguard of sovereignty and the protector of the nation’s unity and legitimate institutions.

Today, the nation loses an elite group of its finest sons, who sacrificed their pure lives in defense of Lebanon’s land and sovereignty.

These righteous martyrs have, with their pure blood, written the finest meanings of sacrifice and devotion, reaffirming that the Lebanese Army remains the nation’s protective shield and the faithful guardian of its borders.

A year ago, the soldiers were exhausted. Today, they're broken, finished...
