How do you create this Palestinian technocratic leadership that's not Hamas, that's not terrorists, and with the help of the international community?

How do you disarm any sort of terrorist groups that are going to be building tunnels and conducting attacks against Israel?

There are ongoing talks to determine logistically how hostages could be released.

You have to make sure the Red Cross can get there, what time they're going to be there, where they're going to be. All that has to be worked through.

We want the hostages to be released as soon as possible.

This is the closest we've come to getting all of the hostages released, every single one, all 48 including the 28 who are deceased.

But there's a lot of pitfalls along the way. There's some work to be done here.

[President Trump] wants to see it happen quickly. This is not something that can drag out.

We cannot be here three weeks from now, still discussing, you know, the logistics of how hostages are going to be released.

That has to happen very quickly in order for the rest of this deal to gain momentum.

That doesn’t exist. That has to be built.

No need for much flexibility, the negotiation talks will continue for a few days.

It's a great deal for Israel and it's a great deal for everybody.

It's a great deal for the entire Arab world, Muslim world, and world.

We have begun collecting the bodies of the Israelis and have requested a halt to the bombing to complete the mission.

We received American guarantees via Qatar for a permanent Israeli withdrawal.

We have agreed to hand over weapons to a Palestinian-Egyptian body under international supervision.

We informed America of our agreement to hand over weapons.

The campaign is not over. There is no ceasefire, but there is a change in the operational situation.

If the diplomatic effort does not succeed — we will return to fighting.
