I say to the people of Colombia: sooner rather than later, we must refound the country of Gran Colombia.

Syria: Ends the Caesar Act sanctions on Assad’s government.

Ukraine: Provides $400 million for 2026 and another $400 million for 2027 through the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative.

Asia-Pacific:
— Fully funds the $1 billion Taiwan Security Cooperation Initiative.
— Directs the Pentagon to create a joint drone and uncrewed systems program with Taiwan.
— Keeps about 28,500 U.S. troops stationed in South Korea.

Europe: Prevents U.S. troop levels in Europe from dropping below 76,000 for more than 45 days.

Iraq: Repeals the 1991 and 2002 military force authorizations.

Counter-narcotics: Allocates $1 billion to anti-narcotics operations, including maritime trafficking prevention.

The Syrian government knows that its future depends on reaching a security and border agreement with Israel.

Trump is a very misinformed man about Colombia. It's a shame, because he disregards the country that knows the most about cocaine trafficking.

It seems that his interlocutors are completely deceiving him.

This terrible misinformation directed at the US president leads him to make statements and take actions that are unacceptable regarding a president democratically elected by the majority of Colombian society.

This is how Colombia is disrespected.

It’s not true that missiles targeting speedboats are a way to fight narco-terrorists, when the speedboat operators are poor people, when there's no international waterway in the Caribbean.

The heads of the cocaine cartels live on yachts near Dubai and in Madrid and have negotiated with the US justice system.

In these times things are different, but we must stand like warriors — women and men — with both eyes open.

Always working, producing, building, making everything function, and ready, if necessary, to break the teeth of the North American empire from Bolívar’s homeland.

We will turn Venezuela into the energy, technological, and democracy hub of the Americas.
