❗️❗️INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

I also have an internship opportunity for software developers. The hiring party wants 2 software developers to help build an in-house ERP system, so it'd be best if you are a full-stack developer (or in an extreme case we will choose one frontend and one backend).

This is an incredible opportunity to work on an application (an ERP app) that has the potential to go from in-house to external. If you are interested in this opportunity. You will get lots of experience as well as potential to be hired in the future.

This is also a paid internship, where you will be paid 15K per month. Send me @Welcome2Ucode your CV if you are interested and I will send it over to the hiring manager

Share this around as well please😁

Dear Applicants,

We’ve noticed that there has been some confusion regarding the Project Lead position at Abugida, so we would like to clarify the role and provide a second opportunity to apply.

When undergraduate students with the mentioned specializations apply for a project member position, they will be joining an already existing project and will also become patent shareholders. However, since the current team members working on these projects are high school students, the role of undergraduates naturally includes a mentorship component. This mentorship responsibility is the main reason the noscript “Project Lead” was used previously.

These projects are being developed for international competitions, which will be held abroad. Abugida has previously participated in similar competitions and achieved strong results, demonstrating the quality and seriousness of the work involved.

Because many applicants did not fully understand the expectations of the Project Lead position, we are releasing a second Google Form to give you another chance to apply.

Although the requirements listed earlier may have seemed demanding, we want to emphasize that deep prior experience is not required. What is most important is having basic knowledge of the relevant topics and commitment to stay engaged, so you can quickly understand and contribute to the projects. Additionally, once you join, you will be provided with a course and guidance to support you throughout the process.

We encourage you to apply if you are interested and motivated to contribute, learn, and mentor younger students.

If there is anything that still needs clarification, please feel free to ask.

👉 Link

Deadline:- Monday December 29

TL:DR

Undergraduate applicants will join existing projects and become patent shareholders.

Since current team members are high school students, undergraduates are expected to mentor them — hence the Project Lead noscript.

Projects are for international competitions, where Abugida has previously performed well.

Due to confusion about the role, a second application form is being released.

Deep experience is NOT required basic knowledge is enough.

A course and guidance will be provided after joining.

The week went by so fast, another Sunday...😅

This week was really informative and good one but was tiresome, still worth it...one thing I understood is that whatever happens just see the best out of it, because nothing will go easy as you try to work on getting out of your comfort zone...

So this week I got the chance to attend a training prepared by Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Agency, I can say it makes me rethink every business ideas I am trying to work on and refine the business side, so overall it was very informative...I had two full day training on Friday and Saturday, which is a 10 day training(not done yet)... Other than that I gave sometime to refine my side project I am currently working on...

Opportunity of the week: GovAI Summer Fellowship 2026

Quote of the week:
The first battle is not validation, it is communication.

Wish u all productive week ahead! ✌️🙂
