Out of these, 94% of total shipments came from just 10 companies, showing how concentrated the smartphone market has become

1) Apple – 19% Market Share
Apple ranked No. 1 globally, slightly ahead of Samsung
It shipped around 1 million more devices than Samsung, making 2025 its best year compared to competitors
A major reason for this success was strong demand from China and the popularity of the iPhone 17 series
2) Samsung – 19% Market Share
Samsung closely followed Apple
The Galaxy A series and S series performed very well and continued to drive large volumes globally
3) Xiaomi – 13% Market Share
Xiaomi secured third place, maintaining strong sales across multiple regions
4) Vivo – 8% Market Share
Vivo ranked fourth globally, continuing its strong performance, especially in Asia
5) OPPO – 8% Market Share
OPPO matched Vivo’s share, supported by strong offline presence and mid-range sales
6) Transsion Group – 6% Market Share
(Includes Infinix, Tecno, and itel)
Transsion performed very well in emerging markets, especially Africa and parts of Asia.
7) Honor – 6% Market Share
Although not available in India, Honor has been performing strongly in other regions and continues to grow globally
8) Lenovo (Motorola) – 5% Market Share
Motorola maintained steady growth, driven by strong performance in budget and mid-range segments
9) Huawei – 4% Market Share
Despite heavy restrictions, Huawei delivered an impressive performance and managed to stay competitive in China

Realme saw a 13% decline, reflecting challenges in maintaining momentum across key markets
