- Availability: The service is live in 16 cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.
- Delivery Fee: Customers can order a SIM for a ₹49 convenience fee.
- Activation Process: SIMs can be activated via Aadhaar-based KYC, with options for prepaid, postpaid, and mobile number portability (MNP).
