Apple and Samsung sued Xiaomi
Apple and Samsung India have issued legal notices to Xiaomi India for making allegedly disparaging comparisons in its advertisements in India, targeting their flagship smartphones and televisions.
Remember, Xiaomi India put out multiple ads, comparing it's flagships to Pro iPhone !
They also compared iPad with Xiaomi Pad & budget centric Samsung phones with Xiaomi phones
As per IDC, Apple and Samsung command around 95% share of the smartphone market above 500$ while Xiaomi has less than 1%
