🚨 OnePlus Security Alert
Cyber firm Rapid7 has revealed a critical flaw (CVE-2025-10184) in OnePlus phones running OxygenOS 12, 14 & 15.
👉 Malicious apps can read SMS/MMS without permission, interaction, or notice — breaking SMS-based MFA/2FA security.
📱 Tested vulnerable devices/builds:
• OnePlus 8T / KB2003 → OOS 12 (KB2003_11_C.33)
• OnePlus 10 Pro 5G / NE2213 → OOS 14 (NE2213_14.0.0.700(EX01))
• OnePlus 10 Pro 5G / NE2213 → OOS 15 (NE2213_15.0.0.502/700/901)
⚠️ Rapid7 notes this is not hardware-specific & may affect more devices on OOS 12–15, since OOS 11 builds tested were not vulnerable.
📅 Timeline:
• Reported to OnePlus: May 1, 2025
• Public disclosure: Sept 23, 2025
• OnePlus response: Sept 24 (acknowledged issue, said fix is coming)
• Fix rollout: mid-October 2025 via OTA update
✅ What to do until patch arrives:
• Install apps only from trusted sources & remove unnecessary apps.
• Avoid SMS-based MFA → switch to authenticator apps.
• Use encrypted messengers instead of SMS.
• Switch SMS notifications to push notifications if possible.
🔒 Until the patch, stay cautious — this flaw impacts a core Android component and poses a high security risk for OnePlus users.

Only Apple can invent the vapor chamber… 8 years later
Apple CEO Tim Cook has claimed that Vapor Chamber on iPhone 17 Pro/Max is "Apple's unique invention" and "innovation" that "only Apple" could do it.
Meanwhile, in reality, Android smartphones brands like ASUS and Huawei Mate have been incorporating the vapor chamber in their ROG and Mate X smartphones since 2018.
As for those who isheeps who argue that, Apple's VC is unqiue as its integrated with unibody aluminium design, well OnePlus Nord 4, launched last year, also features a unibody aluminum design while also featuring a powerful VC.
Well done, Apple, for catching up on vapor chamber tech. And cheers to the fans for celebrating a feature everyone else had years ago.

Let’s talk about how iPhone keyboard is
- Shitty autocorrect
- No backspace to undo autocorrect
- Doesn’t even have a comma on the main page
- No press and hold keys for alternate characters like: ()=[]₹#&_@%+':"*!;?
- No tap to edit between text (ik the space bar exists but i wanna tap; it’s faster)
- No clipboard history
- No number row
- No quick delete (on Android Gboard you can swipe on the backspace to quickly select and delete text)
- Every character is hidden behind 123
- Not resizable
- No built-in tools like translate
- No GIF support
- Can’t select words and tap the Shift key to change cases (HI, Hi, hi)
And the worst part is that the third-party keyboards are also just as bad.
