Acc to Financial Times, Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, addressed a letter to his employees admitting Xiaomi sales have been declining due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Xiaomi's sales in Q4-2022 fell 22.8% year-over-year.
Revenue fell by 14.7% and overall profit fell by 61.4% in 2022
Xiaomi was the MOST severely affected with sales declining by 37% on an annual basis.
But I think some other factors also contribute to sales decline and customer switching which Lei Jun does not see.
These are:
1) Worst Smartphone quality
2) Using Defective hardware
3) Rebranding their own smartphones
4) Relaunching Redmi Note 10 Pro in 2023 to fool people
5) Pathetic After sales service

The App store will offer hyper-localized apps and services. Not only this, PhonePe App store will provide high-quality advertisements, custom targeting, 12 language support, and 24x7 live chat support.
The strange part is, users would need to download this new Indian app store from the Google Play Store.
The New App store developed by PhonePe will be based on IndusOS. For those who don't know, IndusOS is an Indian Operating System that is backed by Samsung and PhonePe aquired it in 2021

OpenAI has announced new controls for ChatGPT using which you can turn OFF chat history.
You can also deny ChatGPT to use your data for training it
Thirdly, now chats with ChatGPT can be exported to local storage
However, if you opt out of providing data to OpenAI for training, you will also lose the chat conversation history feature.
OpenAI will retain the conversations internally for 30 days and review them "only when needed to monitor for abuse" before permanently deleting them.
OpenAI also announced that it is working on a new "ChatGPT Business" subnoscription that will opt users out of model training by default
