iPhones selling in China are assembled in India

Apple says that the device parts are manufactured in China with the device being assembled in India.
So, the device parts were manufactured in China, came to India to be assembled and then again went back to China to be sold.

But the assembled in China iPhone's are also being sold over there.

There is no information why the same device is assembled in different countries is sold in China.
