The monthly cost of YouTube Premium family plans will be hiked from $17.99 to $22.99 and to $29.99 if subscribed through the Apple App Store.
It’s an increase of over 25%
No hike in prices of YouTube Premium for individual accounts
The price change is being done in the following countries:-
US: $17.99 to $22.99
Canada: CA$17.99 to CA$22.99
UK: £17.99 to £19.99
Argentina (Individual plan): ARS 119 to ARS 389
Family plan: ARS 179 to ARS 699
Turkey (individual plan): 16.99 TRY to 29.99 TRY
Japan: ¥1,780 to ¥2,280

India fines Google for anti-competitive practices on Android
India’s competition regulator fined Google $161.9 million (1,300 crore ₹) on Thursday for anti-competitive practices related to Android mobile devices in multiple markets.
The Competition Commission of India began investigating Google 3½ yrs ago after a complaint from two junior associates and a law school student which claim that Google requires device manufacturers to pre-install its entire Google Mobile Suite and mandates prominent placement of those apps “amounts to imposition of unfair condition on the device manufacturers” and thus violating laws.
India is Google’s largest market by users.
The watchdog was investigating Google's domination in five different markets: licensable OS for smartphones, app store, web search services, non-OS specific mobile web browsers and online video hosting platform in India.
Google was dominant in all of those relevant markets
The antitrust watchdog said that device manufacturers should not be forced to install Google’s suite of apps and the search giant should not deny access to its Play Services APIs and with monetary and other incentives to vendors.

The images show minimal changes to the exterior of the audio wearable.
The transparent encasing remains largely the same and will continue same see-through internals concept. The case for the ear (2) looks very similar to the existing model
Nothing ear(2) is already spotted on Indian BIS certification site as the model number B181-1 was spotted (B181 is the model of nothing ear(1))

Lenovo showed rollable prototypes at its event
During Lenovo Tech World 2022, the brand has shown off two concepts for its rollable tech.
The first is a rollable phone and second is a rollable laptop that unrolls vertically rather than horizontally.
The device sits at 4-inches tall but, when unfurled, provides a 6.5-inch OLED screen.
Lenovo is also experimenting with this technology's use in future laptops aka lenovo is also working on rollable laptops.
It will bring multitasking, browsing, and mobility applications to another level.

A Modified Google Pixel is spotted
The upcoming Google Pixel device is codenamed as G10.
It will offer a 2K resolution display of 3120 x 1440 pixels.
The dimensions are 155mm in height, and 71mm in width which is the exact same dimensions as that of Pixel 7 Pro.
The device is also similar in terms of the rounder corners and edges as including the position of the front camera cutout to 7 pro.
Pixel G10 registers BOE (supplier that works for iPhone supply chains) as its display supplier.
The device also has Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner by Qualcomm
So its a modified Pixel 7 Pro and G10 could stand for "gepard" - which is German for "cheetah

India’s antitrust watchdog has fined Google with $113 million(932crore ₹) fine for abusing the dominant position of its Google Play Store.
Google was found violating laws as:-
1) Mandatory imposition of GPBS [Google Play Billing System] disturbs innovation/development of payment processors and app developers and also results in denial of market access
2)Google leveraging its dominance in the market for licensable mobile OS and app stores for Android OS, to protect its position in the downstream markets
3) Different methodologies used by Google to integrate, its own UPI app vis-à-vis other rival UPI apps

YouTube has updated its dark theme to be even darker so the colors truly pop on your screen on the web/mobile/smart TVs.
2) Ambient Mode:-
YouTube’s Ambient Mode tints the phone’s status bar and the strip that contains the video’s noscript just below the player.
Google is also using that theming in playlists
3)Video Player:-
Pinch-to-zoom feature is added to video player enabling viewers to zoom any video.
Below the video player, YouTube has placed several buttons within compact pills: thumbs up/down, Share, Download, Save, and Subscribe and will also have higher contrast
