Given above are our first look at the Galaxy A56 images (based on CAD renders). The display on this phone is flat, while the rear camera module seems to be inspired from Sony Xperia smartphones. The bezels are thin, but not uniform as it is thicker at the bottom.

Not much is leaked about the A56 specifications apart from, it will feature 45W fast charging and will get an upgraded 12MP selfie camera as the previous A5X series models uses 32MP front camera. Galaxy A56 will be powered by 1580 chipset which Samsung recently announced.

Samsung Galaxy A36 Specifications and Renders

Samsung Galaxy A36 will have a new design for rear camera module, which is inspired likely from Sony Xperia smartphones. Also, renders shows that the power key doesn’t integrate the fingerprint scanner which raises the possibilities of an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometrics. It will feature a 6.64-inch display and an upgraded 12MP selfie camera.

Galaxy A36 was recently spotted on Geekbench 6 bearing the model number — SM-A366.

Cluster 1: 4 cores @ 1.80GHz
Cluster 2: 4 cores @ 2.40GHz

Thus, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. It could also be Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset as both the SoC's are same with the only difference in the 7s Gen 2 4x-Cortex A55 core running at 1.95GHz.

Nothing Phone 2a Plus Community Edition Announced

Nothing on 30th October announced the Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition. This has SAME specifications and design as the Phone (2a) Plus, but comes with features that are designed by the Nothing community, after over 900 submissions from 47 countries over a period of 6 months.

Using green-tinted phosphorescent material finishes, elements of the back of the phone emit a soft glow in the dark. Like fireflies, the glowing feature can also be functional, allowing you to locate your phone in the dark or "indicate your presence", said the company.

Nothing "claims" that only 1,000 units of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition will be produced. The Community Edition is available across all markets where Nothing operates and this special model costs the same as the regular one, £399 / €449 / ₹29,999 / ¥55,800.

Alleged Nothing Phone 3 Spotted on Geekbench

A mysterious Nothing Phone with the model number: 'A059' and the corresponding Pokemon name being 'Arcanine' has appeared on Geekbench 6 running on NothingOS 3.1

Thus, it will be powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and will rival Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus.

Additionally, a different Nothing smartphone with the model number: 'A059P' and the corresponding Pokemon being 'Hisuian' was spotted on the IMEI database alongside A059. This is rumoured to be Nothing Phone 3 Pro or Phone 3 Plus and it could be powered by flagship MediaTek Dimensity chipset or Snapdragon 8 series.

Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus Exploded in India

A twitter user claims that he bought a Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus smartphone online last year. The Xiaomi device had many issues and eventually it blasted one day. After going to the sevice center, Redmi claimed that it's "out of warranty" and thus they cannot do anything now.

So it basically means that the Xiaomi smartphones in India are meant to be used just for 1 year by consumers because afterwards, if the smartphone explodes, Xiaomi can't do anything because it is more than 1yr old and by that time, Xiaomi has already launched 69 different smartphones to make up for more e-waste.

iPhone 14 Pro Max Exploded in China

In an unfortunate event, a woman in Shanxi, China, suffered severe burns when her iPhone 14 Pro Max exploded while she was sleeping. The incident occurred around 6:30 AM, as the woman lay asleep with her iPhone charging nearby overnight.

When she turned over, her hand accidentally touched the flames, causing painful burns and waking her up to a scene of smoke and fire. When firefighters arrived, they found that the iPhone's explosion had caused significant damage as the woman’s blanket had been mostly burned & the wall of her room was also blackened by smoke 😢

The iPhone was purchased by the woman in 2022. Apple has expressed concerns & stated that, even though the phone was out of warranty, they would be investigating the matter thoroughly & advised the woman to send the device back for analysis to help understand the cause of the incident.
