So Spotify's DMs is a decade old feature which they removed back in 2017 💀
Spotify’s “Messages” tool is a resurgence of the private messaging system the company removed in early 2017. That system allowed users to communicate in-app by sending recommendations and text to others through the desktop app. According to the company, the feature is being released as a new tool to let users do the exact same thing that they could nearly a decade ago.
At the time, the company claimed that the feature required too much manpower to operate, and it was eventually removed from the app altogether. The support entry has since been removed.
Now, it seems that Spotify has found the resources to revitalize the direct messaging system, with the ability to send emojis, tracks or playlists, and text. DMs will also be accessible through the side menu and prominently visible.

Nothing fools Phone 3 buyers by taking pics from FujiFilm and advertising it as shot from Phone 3
Apparently, one of the photographers behind these images reached out anonymously to Android Authority, advising us that all five of these images are available for license on the stock photo marketplace Stills: the window, the glass, the headlight, the staircase, and the woman.
Rather than a Phone 3, photographer Fox confirms that he shot the headlight pic using a Fujifilm XH2s. In fact, he took the picture in Paris all the way back in 2023, long before the Phone 3 was even a glimmer.
Embarrassingly , Photographers confirmed that Nothing did pay them for their photos through the Stills platform.
Nothing spokesperson said:
Thus, Nothing confirmed the allegations.

Accuracy in how we represent our product capabilities is important to us. Phone (3) demo units are being updated to feature only images captured with Phone (3).
Thus, Nothing confirmed the allegations.
