Here's what the team wrote about it. We announced the Over Community Access Program (OCAP) to allow more people to bid on $OVER and participate in the ecosystem as validators.
OCAP offers an opportunity for early adopters to earn over $OVER and join the Over ecosystem with various quests before the main network launches.
The first quest will start in the OverWallet mobile cryptocurrency wallet. You can complete missions in the app and earn points. The quest started on July 31, 2023 at 00:00 UTC and will end before the main network launches.
And the second OCAP quest will start in OverNode as part of the upcoming open beta network.
