If you send any supported video (mp4, m4v, mov) as video, it will be sent as video (uncompressed & streamable).
• On TDesktop (2.1.10 or earlier)
It doesn't support send .mp4, .m4v, or .mov as file, so any supported video will always be sent as video (uncompressed & streamable).
