Nuclear power plants are going on a power outage

Shmygal: Ukrainian nuclear power plants have reduced electricity production due to an attack.

Substations and overhead power lines 750 and 330 kV have been attacked
The rods were removed from the nuclear power plant's power units as an emergency measure (see "emergently unloaded").
The Burshtyn and Dobrovol'sk power stations have been hit.
